The service

Brindin is an AI ad-creative platform for D2C brands, currently in a pre-launch, invite-only phase. This website describes the product and lets you request early access. Features described here may change before or after launch.

Early access

Submitting an early-access request does not guarantee access. We onboard a limited number of design partners at a time and may accept, defer, or decline requests at our discretion. Early-access features are provided for evaluation and may be modified or withdrawn.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a brand
• Scrape or reproduce the site's content at scale without permission

Intellectual property

The Brindin name, logo, website design, and content are our property. Your brand assets remain yours: any materials you share with us — websites, Instagram content, brand books — stay your property, and you retain all rights in them.

Pricing and GST

Brindin is currently free to explore through the early-access programme. When paid plans launch, pricing will be in Indian Rupees (INR) with GST charged as applicable and proper GST invoices issued. Prices will be communicated before you are charged anything.

Disclaimers

The site and early-access service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated creatives will achieve any particular commercial outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brindin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the early-access service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
